After an arduous lobbying campaign over the summer that included a bilateral meeting with United States President Donald Trump and Huang in early July, Nvidia in August was finally able to secure licenses from the United States to export the throttled-down chips to China, unleashing a lucrative backlog held up by geopolitics.<\/p>\n
